Good luck with the ATO....last year I gave them just over 15,000 :oand they whinged like hell when I tried to get it all back they sent me just $2500.00 :mad: and then questioned my integrity re my creative accounting :D;) :angel:

Good luck!! Luckily my bpay snafus havent been that bad. Did try to pay my electricity bill once and used an old reference number (seems they give you a new one each bill). Bank said nothing they could do about it.
About a week later the electricity company returned the money which was a big relief.
It is getting fixed.... s..l..o..w..l..y....
ATO will refund the $15K, but it will take 2 weeks to do so :mad:
