Quite the opposite in my opinion..

Should be back to the days of my youth...

Major shops open Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri normal hours
Late night shopping Thur (Friday in the CBD)
    Saturday till 12:30pm
    All other times closed...

Bring back the local IGA etc, with personal service, people who knew you...

And if you cant sort your life around these times.. You need to re-think life and its ideals...

The way I look at it, fish & chips are perfectly healthy.

Fish is full of omega 3 stuff. Potatoes are vegies.

The batter is made from flour (wheat), eggs, milk, water...

The food is cooked in either vegetable oil (more vegies are good for you) or animal fats. Animal fats come from animals, animals eat grass, grass is a green leafy vegetable (still more vegies).

And no need to feel guilty about having a glass of wine or a beer with it either. Beer is full of yeast, grains, hops & water. Wine is just grapes with the annoying skin removed & then left for a while.

So, therefore, forthwith & henceforth, all in all, deep fried fish & chips with a beer chaser is perfectly good for you.
