Thread: Sixty Minutes- Boer War this Sunday

Were'nt they given a pardon recently??????

I just Googled that pardon. It seems not everyone is in favour of it.

I may watch the story as I've never seen the film nor read the story behind the court martial..

The one good thing that came from that farce of a Court martial, was that never again could a British Army put to death an Australian soldier, Regards Frank.

Very interesting story, went to the Boer War museum in Ladysmith Natal which was besieged for 118 days during the Boer War.Also home to a large army base where those from the area serve their national service.
