    Hey Simon,
Where are you working at the moment and what are you doing there?
What else do you do when you're working?
I'll check the local rags and ask a couple of businesses.
I'm sure more than a few of the local businesses need staff judging from the lack of service I'm getting from them.

Mate, sorry to hear things aren't going your way at the moment. I know things probably look pretty dark at the moment but you will come through it. It might take some time and long term planing but with the help of friends you will come out the other side. Don't shut people off, keep talking as you will need the support. With every thing stripped back to nothing you can start building things again. Your still young and have time on you side. Life is long and as you get older it will look like a small part of your life. Keep your chin up mate. You have my number and can give me a call if you need a talk or quiet beer.

    Good luck!!!!!
    Cheers, David.

Nils desperadum illegitmus carborundum.....never let the bastards grind you down.

Keep going and keep in touch with your mates, lots of people have been there and it gets pretty dark at times but the sun keeps coming up every day.

You've done the best thing so far by letting your mates know that you're not feeling that flash.....persevere.

    Think of the positives

You need to buy yourself a hat, then combine your stories with a catchy guitar riff, you'll be a shoe in for a 2011 CMAA.

Believe it or not, not everyones life is all Beer and Skittles. You just have to roll with the punches and make the best of what you got. If you knew what my last 3 months has been like...... I wish I had the spare time to write a (WIM) Woe Is Me style thread.

Please do. It might give a sense of perspective.

You're right that **** happens to most of us. I (like many others) have been lucky in that I have had friends to help me over the rough patches. From Simon posting his woes on the forum, I conlude that he considers us friends (which I think we should be honoured).
If there is anything I could do to help Simon, I will certainly try to.

Hey Simon, do you have a dog?

    Simon,

Remember there are people you probably haven't even met on here that would count you as a 'good sort', so don't dispair, life will turn around and become the exact opposite at some point and you'll be stronger for it.

Don't leave us lot 'in the dark', we'll try and help where possible
