my friend has sent hers back she now has a htc desire..
My 32gb 4g is on its way, had to go through telstra business shipping from sydney as i couldnt be bothered waiting all night for one at the local telstra owned telstra shops as they only had 10 units per shop 5 of each people were lining up all night waiting for the 7am open time.
Did anyone actually get one today(well friday i should say)?
I would have to agree
I use my iPhone more for everything else than as phone
I have a company mobile but the company pay me $20 a week for using my iPhone to receive work emails as the work phone does not have internet. As I am on the road all it has saved me alot of time not having to come home and then check emails
I also fly all over Aus so I have the Tom Tom app and when I go away I have my gps, iPod, phone, laptop, and some where to watch films and plays games all in one device . I am off to Taiwan in a couple of weeks already downloaded the maps and a few apps about Taiwan
I got mine a couple of months ago I knew there was a new one coming out but Telstra were giving away the 16g ones
Think there great

Anyone got their iPhone4 yet?
Yep! its nice... the screen is by far the best screen i have seen on a mobile phone i just cant get over how good it looks, it doesnt matter what angle i look at it it still looks perfect and finally i can use iOS4 without lag!
I know its early:o, but what is the battery life like?
How many days do you get just using it as a phone?
Cheers.
Hard to say yet, but will let you know in a few days.
Its so much smoother then my old 3g, everything is fast and lag free, so far the receptions been fine, i cant seem to replicate the dropped signal no matter how i hold it but like my older phone if you clasp it between both hands and cover it up signal drops a bar.
they are borderline blue tick apparently which means better reception in rural areas than the 3g
would be interested in feedback on that part of their performance.
