    Best car insurance company

    Insurance is up for renewal on our old 1982 series 3 LR, currently with NRMA. One under 25 driver-- 24 years old. Except for our driveway do not do a lot of offroading. Wondering if other Insurance companies might have cheaper Insurance.

    Over the past year I have switched all but one of my cars over to Shannons. Everything, including the daily drivers, was between 25 and 40% cheaper than my previous "large Queensland based" insurer. My '94 Defender single cab came in at about $380 from memory, based on approx 3 days per week use.

    I do similar as rainman, I also shop around every year now.
    It does not pay to be loyal.
    I just swapped my landy to ANZ of all people and they are $450 pa.
