I've have had quite a few of these. The way the scam works is they pay you via paypal, you ship the car, then they claim the money back from paypal claiming the car never arrived.
I just tell them to get .................

It's a common one. If you copy some of his text and Google it, you'll get multiple hits.

Thats why I refuse to use Paypal.

The scammer wants money from the seller.

Paypal has nothing to do with it. The scammer wants money from the seller. He doesn't want PayPal involved. I think you'll find there are far more problems with Western Union.
