I don't read coffee threads either. Nothing against coffee, just that almost daily I have contact with a bourgeosie demographic who say "I need a coffee" as if it's some sort of dire existential crisis. It's coffee. Try "I'd like a coffee" rather than making it sound like "I need oxygen supply of partial pressure >0.16 bar to live".
Ah - well it has been proven scientifically that caffeine addicts NEED a (at least their first daily) dose of caffeine to raise their synapses to normal levels of functioning. So in that sense, they NEED a coffee so their brain functions like a normal brain.

Indeed - Being a 'Crumb' I can see this point of view, but I also spend a lot of time trolling through older threads & posts to see what I can learn. Even though I do this, I have asked questions that I later found had been previously asked - and answered. I have found that my use of the search function is improving as I get to know the sort of responces it will give me. Sometimes you can search for something and not find what your after, only to find out later that if I had re phrased it, I may have found the answer.

So both points of view are valid at times.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.

I dont drink Coffee but I drink quite a lot (READ: to much) coke, if I go for to long without a Coke i get a headache and feel like crap, get a coke into me and off I go. Cut down alot, but still have my fix every now and then.

I know, which is why I have cut right back and really limit how much I drink. Used to drink heaps, we dont buy any soft drink to keep at home anymore, unless we are having people over for dinner.
