ring Hyundai Australia and ask them. I have seen these things as learn to drive cars, I doubt all of them have clutch shudder and I bet the clutch gets ridden alot more than what yours does.Quote:

fixed under warranty as was the leather steering wheel as the stitching was starting to fray.
Funny how both those items where covered by warranty but was told if it was the clutch or gearbox then it would not have been as they would have been "wear and tear" :eek:

Regardless of what it is, if you havent tampered with it, had unauthorised work done on it, abused it and is still inside warranty date/time, its warranty assuming you bought it new.Quote:

Not always the case. Clutch plates, brake pads are classed as wear out items and although I have seen clutches last 250,000 km I have also seen them gone at 50,000.Quote:

Yep, but these are 20918-AS2 boxes, basically paddle shift manuals. The clutches take quite a bit more punishment due to the actuation.Quote:
