Thanks so much for that! I had been playing with the signature - fixed now. The website is definitely up and working but you do need flash installed on your computer.

In the future all my listings shall feature my mobile number, even though quite a few people have it already, mind you alot of the new people wouldnt.

Just so you know your online store says it'll be down until September
"The 4wd Zone Shop will be off line until later in September 2010."

I agree about the listings on the verandah, people do simply PM or comment if they've got a question. The same as they do on ebay really (though your experience may differ?)

Fully aware of that, thanks, has taken longer to update things, must get around to changing that.

I find some people call on ebay, most people seem to email but i think it instill confidence in the buyer if they know they can call you.

FWIW - if a person lists their tel no on ebay - it's an indication that they really want to sell the item

For items like used parts & vehicles it would have to be very special to be worth following up those who don't want to supply tel nos.

A tel call gives the potential buyer the opportunity to promptly decide if an enquiry is worth continuing with - IMHE the rate that e-mails remain unanswered in Oz is very high and therefore remains an unreliable method of enquiry until businesses learn to respond
