Yeah, you can't tell me that a motoring show, with motoring jounos and producers would have bought and driven a secondhand vehicle without checking the oil... They went to all the trouble of moving the accelerator in the first part of the show, so they have been under the bonnet several times...

I guess like said before it was to live up to the Australian expectation of the Range Rover...i think the Bolivia special of UK top gear shows the true capabilities.

    Yep, there's still that.

Unfortunately mine looks identical to the one they trashed tonight, so I'm sure I'll get some (more) ribbing from my workmates...

The whole show continues to be pathetic slapstick. I'll stick with the original.

I agree with Karl ...I don't understand how they think we'll suddenly forget watching the original TG and be blissfully unaware that Kenny is delivering a poor attempt at mimicing Jeremy's mannerisms. We're not goldfish.

There's an original Top Gear ... Goldfish moment

First show I thought, hmmm maybe they have got it right this time.
Second show I though, no they are just like before.
Third show, I think they have exceeded their previous worst over the last two series. I really don't know what to say about it.

Nope. Dont think of it as missing it. Consider yourself lucky.

And I am surprised no-one has mentioned the towing with the snatch straps.

Like most shows on tv thesedays,it's aimed at the lowest common denominator,it's an insult to anyone with half a brain, and the orignal has gone downhill a bit I reckon as well,Iwent back to studying!!!
