    Trade Tools Direct are in Caboolture, Sell the disposable bottles for $37 also the small regulator that fits them for about $20. Repco sell the same bottle for $57. My mig takes the disposable bottles, but am going to set it up for the rental bottle as you don't get much welding out of a disposable bottle. They are perfect if you just want to do a small amount of welding every now and then but for anything else can turn out to be rather expensive.

    I have had the same cylinder of gas for 9 years. I could buy plenty of disposable cylinders for the $1600 I have spent on bottle rent over that period.

    Supa gas is the best and they deliver to your door and even do cod. They are cheaper as well and you can pay monthly if you want.

    Already had a quote from Supagas. Not too expensive but a bit much for me as I only need to do a bit of welding. See response below.

    We are currently renting out bottles of Supashield 07 1.5m for :
    $62.93+gst and $13.00+gst rental
    We also ask for a deposit on the bottle of $150.00 if you don’t have an ABN number
