For anybody who has successfully extended their warranty with the Allianz product, could you tell me what documentation they received ?

I have received the Allianz PDS / Policy booklet only, is there in other documentation sent directly from Allianz ? I rang them directly but they did not have me listed, and also could not tell me how the extended warranty worked !?! The dealers salesman said I have received all documentation.

Has anybody made a claim on their extended policy ?

To anyone living in Victoria, If you must buy a Puma then you would do alot worse than buying from ULR or MLR. They have been and are in the LandRover business for the long haul.They kept the LandRover name alive in this country during the lean years of the truly horrible Series 3s.They are the largest LR/RR dealership in OZ. They get adequately and promptly reimbursed by LandRover for all warranty work, and LandRover wouldn't dare argue with them.
