I once received an unsolicited e-mail in Russlish from a lady who claimed to be a 42y.o. Russian soldier widow. The attached photo looked more like a 22 y.o. dollybird than a 42 y.o. Olga Roadlabourerski. She said she "wants marry you and make happy you. I like bed."
It was probably an email from a over weight russian guy!!!!hoping to get some money for "writing " letters to youQuote:

First opportunity speaking amongst Russians this evening. Had a lot of fun!! Introduced myself as a студентка of aviation:D:D. Got laughed at that one, rather deservedly!
Later on I was speaking to a студентка [funnily enough], going along quite nicely for a good while, until she asked Где вы живете? I mistook it for жена and rather enthusiastically replied "Я холост!!!"... awkward:angel:.
And no... your blue Land Rover is never described as голубой:D

I always remember a bit of advice I was told by a russian friend to say when stopped by the GAI (traffic police old style) who may want a bribe for nothing
Instead of saying: Я не понимаю по-русски
just say : Я не понедельник по-русски
and just stare blankly and keep repeating that over and over, they will leave you alone and look for easier pickings.
It works !!!
