    Do you speak Russian?

I know there are a few people on here who speak Russian, would anybody be interested in PM'ing their email addy to me so I can practice writing in Russian? I've had 24hrs of face-to-face tuition with a further 24 to go then hopefully off I go for a summer intership there.

Just want to get used to typing on their keyboards and practice writing/spelling/expression. Will send [boring] emails back and forth (like hello, i'm x, this is my family, blah blah).

    Cheers.

You only need to know the following words in any language.

    Beer, girl, taxi, police.

The most essential words you first need are (sorry I do not have a russian keyboard here at work)
Vodku pit budesh : do /will you drink vodka!!!

You will enjoy Russia and go with your eyes open, there is a serious danger though, its called vodka hostage taking!!!
You give you an idea of russian humour this is a very famous comedy about hunting and involves a lot of Russian humour etc, translation is not exact but you will get the idea
Watch all 10 parts if you get a chance and there is one about fishing also
Also here is a russian 4WD forum that has both Russian and some english I have posted here in the past

Извините, но я не говорю блин слово русского языка. Интересно, если клянусь фильтр улавливает любые запрещенные слова. Хотел бы помочь вам, но получил переводчик, чтобы помочь мне с этим.
    Пиво, водка, такси, гостиница, взятки.
    Удачи.
