I am going to have to say, a big YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, it was really nice to get to meet Lionel, he;s a very nice chap, and he had so much history to talk about, and some great storys of his past exploits. The collection was amazing, i did feel alittle sorry for some of the items that were outside, there starting to get alittle surface rust, however, the MUTT was MINT, first time i have ever been in the flesh with one, and this one looked amazing.

Gill liked the President Tractor the most, other than the MUTT, i rather liked the Dodge in the shed ,I must say i have felt rather lucky these past few weeks, what with todays visit, and the one last week, to another ( very rare collection of Landy's and other's vehicles ) And whats nice is these people are just everyday folks, not mega rich people who just buy stuff up here and there. Hopefully one day i too will have a few more to add to the collection....

Got to put you down for visit 3....

Yes, we will have to have a get-to-gether when (or if) this rain stops thought you would like his little lot, too wet for me to be able to get down yesterday, our yard waterlogged, and the dogs(4 x Border Collies) are starting to have foot problems can't keep them dry,but we will have to arrange a B-B-Q up here on Bribie in the coming year as a REMLR-AULRO thingy like we used to have at local parks up here which have Elect BBQ's

If you like looking at restored and older vehicles with a Swap Meet thrown in,pencil in "Toowoomba Swap" Feb 4-5 @Toowoomba showgrounds
TAKE YA MONEY WITH YA as it is the biggist swap in Qld well worth the trip and lots of walking

Brian Hjelm also haunts the place

    Cheers
