I think telling someone is the start, bottling it all up and trying to deal with this sort of thing on your own is hard. Alot of people over time have come out and aired their problems on here, not having been through this myself, its hard for me to understand. I do think however that airing my problems on here would be easier than face to face with people. You have time to sit down and think about what you write and then get written feedback that you can read and re-read as often as you like. Its very sad that Chris felt that the option he chose was his only way out, a very good friend of mine did the same thing, and no one really knew until it was to late. What Jake said is the most important message, seek help, no one is every going to judge someone for needing help.

Hey Ace,

Just a post about my experience over the last week and some good that come from it, there was no editing/re reading bar spelling mistakes

If it means someone reads this thread in the future and takes that first step then it is all good by me

It has been one of the hardest things for me to realise that I have issues that I cannot handle on my own, it goes against my nature and I think it goes against human nature

Look I was gonna start the ball rolling with a ton(irrellevent figure $5 is as big a gesture so don't sweat it!) is that enough to open an account these days?
I have a westpac account so could see tomorrow if they will do something such as this where I do not recieve any of the account details But Chris's Wife does.
If Sara or Simon are not busy tomorrow and the bank go for it I could contact them so they can witness the process to show it is above board.
Just need Beefy to give the details Name address etc so it goes smoothly.
Is everyone happy with this?
retrospectively we will all see the bsb and account number but not any of the security details

Great move.
I suggest you call Beefy(Keith)0400005113.He is quite close to the family and has been working with them thru this tough time,he may be able to get BSB/AC details of an exsisting appropriate bank AC,save the hassels/bank fees involved with a new AC.
Once an AC is set up can you make a new thread here in General Chat,we will make it sticky when its up.
THANKS HEAPS,Im sure plenty of the good folk at AULRO will chip in.

Cheers for the contact info, that ball is now rolling I have phoned Kieth,
He is going to see if she has an existing account which we can utilise and will call me back in the A.M. in that regard.
That would save us a heap of issues I am guessing.
And not to divulge anything too much, but as many of us suspected the company assets have been frozen at this time(normal deal), and so also as suspected the poor woman is doing it hard with two little-un's to consider not funny.
Will keep you all posted hopefully we can have something solid to work off this time tomorrow!

Hi People
I just had a brief chat with Keith.
Chris's body hasnt been released by the Coronor as yet,his funeral is expected to be held next week.Keith will let us know when he has further info.
Keith has been helping Chris's dad sort out the affairs at the workshop,simple things like arranging for brand new unopened tools/parts returned to the suppliers for a credit,it all is a help for the family when they have much more important tasks to deal with.
Keith confirmed he has been contacted by Lardy and hope to have some banking details posted ASAP.

Thank you for doing the leg work! I would have been more than happy to meet you somewhere but I think going the route of an existing account sounds the best.

My heart sank hearing the accounts have been frozen. I sincerely hope she is able to access funds in her own name - they freeze everything, including credit cards which as you can imagine just makes an already incredibly difficult time so much more difficult.

If there is anything I can do since I'm able to do the running around please let me know
