No it is not. This is "Incisor Land", where what he says goes. We are all guests of his and as such we need to abide by his rules. I don't have an issue in doing so.

Took me a while to find the soapbox but all the rants are found by clicking on the AULRO header then go to the 9th row.

Freedom of speech is a fallacy anyway - just go into an airport and yell out that you've got a bomb and see how true it is.

I think its possible to have a sense of humour and be professional and do your job properly.
