A 6WD would be perfect for wearing more tyres out, and for those for whom the turning circle of a 130 is too small.

This one is in regular use on a sheep property at Bigga near Crookwell in NSW. The table-top tips. PM me if you want contact details of the owner.
Note twin fuel tanks and bonnet fixings for spare. Also note the Light Weight in the shed in the first image and the IIb FC behind the 6x6 in the second.
Cheers

Fred Smith from Bayswater Vic would be the owner of this one..
And this one was sold on Ebay last week.

Ok, the page is online here (and expanding fast) Civilian 6x6 Land Rovers - Land Rovers Vehicles-REMLR. Yes, contact details are good, people to chase up history and vin numbers for me are even better!!!
KarlB, I already had one of those photos, I'll add the other later tonight. Are the photos yours (I'm picky about copyright these days).
Deejay, same question for you Re Fred's 6x6. And the one on carsales we've got most info, but I think I lost the vin![]()

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
Here is a shot of mine when I first saw it in Sydney back in the early 90,s or late 80,s. I cant remember now.
Galv wide body cab that was cut off with grinder from some kind of full length troopy body. It had been scrapped before I saw it.
Chassis was bought new from JRA by PO along with unused axles bottom pto, 3rd axle drive etc. Chassis being new is unstamped.
Diffs with white paint patch have been identified as Borg Warner by members of this forum. Both have factory diff locks vac operated.
The PO was going to make a demountable slideon type camper but ran out of money.
I bought it and built my own version.
isuzutooeh, i've grabbed the facebook pic, and would love some more info on it, but I will enquire on facebook.
KarlB, Can you give me your real name, or PM it for the copyright notification for the pic.
123rover50, that's a new one on me, so what chassis number is stamped on it now?
