Good sources of B1 are vegimite, all bread (australian law makes bread makers add B1 to help with thiamine defficiency but wont add it to beer coz that sends a pro drinking nonpolitically correct message!!) Liver
 
 
And guess what, peanuts. Just be carefull, coz they might have feces on them :D Deli belly is better than brain damage in my book tho.
 
Nearly 95 percent of alcohol related brain damage is due to thiamine defficiency and believe me it leaves you a veggie. With no ability to proccess new memories due to damage in the hippocampus.
