I use Canberra Motor Works in Mitchell ACT. These guys specialise is Land Rover and I always learn somthing new about my Defender when I go there.
What's a free bolt worth? to have a satisfied customer. Why be stingey and have a customer bag them for ever more.
I've replaced parts where there was a grey area, probably not the parts' fault, but as goodwill I replaced it. Result for me, I lost a few dollars on a part. but the repeat business of loyal customers makes up for it. Swings and roundabouts
