Whats Happened to the "Thanks"

it was turned off while i checked out what the hell was killing the system

cpus were at 100% and the place was crawling at a snails pace in the middle of the day..

a bit better today but ....

I know Inc is working on stopping us Subscribers from getting booted off so I

Yeah, Carolyn there is another Thread on this and Incisor is aware of the problem, apparently (and it is happened to me) people are getting turfed of the Forum after logging on!!:)

I'm not certain the thanks monitor was working correctly anyway.
Whilst it is nice to have ones efforts acknowledged and appreciated, I have suspected that my thanked count has been increasing lately for no apparent reason.

Sorry Arthur.I wasn't referring to your good self, or anyone for that matter.
I meant that the 'thanked' count seems to creep up, but the source of the increase isn't evident on the relatively recent posts that one would expect to accumulate them on, although admittedly most of my recent contributions have been a bit naff:(
