    Hi All

If a lot of retrys occurr at the same instance, The system would be busy!

I think I have counted to a couple of thousand by now, in lots of ten !

There, there, Inc, you can come out from under the table now.

    Cheers Arthur

Hey Dave, it's Ricks fault, he's hogging all the bandwidth with all those open tabs!!

I mainly use Tapatalk on my i4 and it has only had a couple of hiccups where its reported a Tapatalk issue however this isn't anything unusual as it happens normally when I've been using a lot of different apps and haven't closed them down in the background OR because I have been using 3G so it's a bit hard to say if it's relevant or not.
Think I've only had it once or maybe twice using i4 Safari but other than that, same as everyone else when using IE or FF on the laptop or my tower.

I have however sent a few PM's and haven't had replies but that may also be the result of Tombies shifts buy doesn't explain why Kelvin hasn't replied as he is usually reported to be a fast responder.
    Are PM's affected with this??

    I want my Flashtune!!!!

Just went to the currently active users list, this is what's shows up....
Seems a bit odd..... 5 pages of it.
These are screen shots from my i4 on Safari.

non registered users that are turned away still show up in the who's online for 12 minutes, cause that is the session time out setting.

if i change it to 20 sec then it would should 500 online but there would still be the same number online as there was when it was set to 12 sec if you get my drift.

what is more important is system load. that is what triggers the busy banner

and that is an entirely different problem to the issue i am having the most problem understanding, session cookies expiring at anytime instead of 12 minutes they are set to time out at.

if it was anything approaching consistent it would a bucket load easier to sort out, but it isnt anything approaching consistent.

i have two more heads smarter than mine having a bopeep today so we will see what that brings.

am sorry some are being mucked around and am doing what i can.

I have at least 2 dozen tabs open usually.

Another thing thats changed, previously when you opened a post and replied then went "back" either by clicking or backspace you would go back to the previous page you were on. Now you go back to the previous technically correct page which was the list of posts where you replied which has since been refreshed to include your new reply.

For example, I'm posting this reply down the bottom of the page. I click submit and am taken to the list of posts for the topic including my new post. I click back and 1. previously I would go back to the big list of topics. 2. Now I go back to the list of posts for the topic I am in but it includes the response I just posted.

I don't know but it may be keeping more cached data at the server end so people are shuffling through more pages and increasing some sort of loading.
