Last week my daughter went to start her car early in the morning to go to work, came back wide-eyed and exclaimed " Dad, there's ice on my windscreen!", here, in Brisbane, on the bay. First time in 26 years, and it feels cooler today than then.Wish this warming would kick in Bob

Beautiful weather for the upcoming Astrofest. I will be there in my thermals as usual. Record temperature there is -7 and all 1 hours drive north of Caboolture. Ice all over anything left outside everymorning. :p:p:p:p
No snow up this way, but it sure looks like it some mornings when I start early, everything is white...we are leading a Leaf Spring trip to Stanthorpe this weekend:eek: (reportedly the coldest place in Qld) I might pack the thermals:D
