    Gas Bottle Holder

Does any one have any experience with the Front Runner gas bottle holders, designed for a Defender. Particularly this one:

Do they foul with the rear door opening? Other comments?

    Cheers

No personal experience, but keen on one myself. would our Australian cylinders fit it? I'd like to put a 4.5kg cylinder in it.
    No Help,just more questions.
    Cheers

only good if you get the smaller one or If you mount it on the door or the spare wheel carrier

mounted on the drives side they do foul the door a little if you have the ones for anything over the 2kg "tall" bottle size. Ive seen the bigger ones fitted to the passangers side but you need to move the number plate and IMHO it does make access a little more annoying

It goes on the outside? What's to stop someone from pinching your bottle?

Probably the same thing that stops someone from letting down your tyres.

so you've got to catch them at it then hurt them till they admit that they'd rather take the option of pumping the tyre back up to working pressure with a dandy 6 inch stroke hand pump from your pushbike than have you continue beating them?

ok, cool with that for tyres but where to you get the LPG for them to put back in the tank?

BTW it takes about 90 minutes to pump a 7.50r16LT back to 50psi with said pump. you may feel free to ask how I know that.
