Well it's no longer a commercial Website, it is a blog.
Seems that land rover thought I was taking business away and sent their lawyers last year.. I kept at it as long as I could.

SupporterMy understanding is that if they don't defend their brand, then when someone who really is a threat to them comes along, it may be too late. Ask them to licence you to use their brand for a nominal fee which would mean you could use it and they would still be protecting it.

They won't allow anyone other than their dealerships to use their brand/logo etc. We asked a few years ago and were given an exceptionally clear NO along with the threat of lawyers.
