Did he go through your fence, Khos, or down that steep driveway of yours?

And the really annoying thing is you won't get any costs back from the driver and the house insurance will only cover a small proportion of the cost of repair to your damage once you take out the excess.

Doesn't look like speed was that much of a factor, at least once they got that far.

I believe The lack of "experience" driving in wet conditions was a contributing factor to the accident . he was turning right from Boundry going south bound. he says wasn't speeding, I suspect he gave a little too much gas when turning and Lost control over the medium strip and took out the street sign and that sent him over the concrete fence.

His parents turned up to the scene , Felt for his Mother who was in shock , I was trying to calm her down , lucky everyone is ok.

Ron, he was aiming for my driveway but missed it by that much <----->

Alan , I took his details and will contact the insurance company on monday , we have been having nightmares about cars coming up over the fence and are now planing to continue to concrete retaining wall just to make us feel safer .

Eric , it's a new type of plant , called Indigofera Subaru heterantha.

    Edit:

The vehicle belongs to his "old man" and his name is on the policy , excess will be high . I will put the claim through my

insurance company and they will pursue the damages through his insurance comapany.
