    DENNIS HITS THE COALMINES PT2

Well grumble's really happy again and so is Dennis. After two days and about 700km in the yota it was enough. So thirsty for 4cyl diesel considering its their latest technology. So nice to get back into my ten year older vehicle with twice as many km's on it, with far superior ride, handling and performance. The yota is mine spec so doesnt pitch and bounce around as much as an unloaded one....thank flying spaghetti monster! Seats had my back aching in under two hours....the mines complain about driver fatigue and the shocking number of crashes as the workers drive home.....no wonder.....it pitches and bounces and sways all over the uneven roads out here....can be scary when you try to pass a road train....so ....driving back home tonight in my disco with its lambswool seat covers and comfort was bloody good mate!

They are supposed to chain/strap from axles or tyres.

Otherwise movement of the vehicle on its suspension does damage as it pulls tight then loose on the chains.
we attached the chains under the front of the chassis when it was being winched up onto the flatbed....the chains rolled up under the bullbar and the bar was loose enough to move up. yes.....the winch on the truck is high mounted....I knew youd ask Tombie

then the tyres were strapped for the journey....
