Then pollies should be treated no differently to any other contractor - pollies are contracted to serve for the next term of parliament only and if re- elected contracted for another term and so forth - so when a contractor's term ends they do not get redundancy so why should pollies - the longer they serve the better their super gets after qualifying time so that is it.
