I know what you mean, some time ago the wife had her Honda Accord balanced/aligned while it was in for a service. The dealership farms out to a tyre shop - when she brought it home all the mag wheels had scratches across the faces. The only way I could think that they could have done this was if the fitter had a ring on his finger and was stopping the wheel with his hand while balancing. No one would own up to doing it. Very annoying to have something like this done to an otherwise perfectly looking car, no one seems to care these days, their attitude is like it or lump it unfortunately.
