Ive got a background of designing building & Flying R/C model aircraft including Petrol /Diesel , Methanol / Supercharge 4 stroke nitro engines that you can hold in the palm of your hand. That said I never built my own engine.

Not to take anything away from this true craftsman, but its not a functional engine, its more like running on compressed air like a pump, its got no ignition & is not burning fuel.

That's because you need a lifetime of skill aquisition and patience before you even start.
Interesting to note that there seems to be no lubrication or piston rings. Also that the builder only used Unbrako's on the valve assembly.
A fine example of workmanship and patience.
As to the relevance of compressed air engines, wasn't there a thread on AULRO about a Tata compressed air engine a few days ago?

I think that this proves that there are many people with talent and time out there :D

I admire people with those skills, and the time taken to achieve something like that.
Their is also a guy I think from Italy who built himself a fully functional scaled Ferrari (I think 1/4 or 1/2 scale) because he could not afford the real one.
