Hey guys,
Did the valves yesterday and it seems to be running a far bit better although I would like to do the nozzles as i believe it to be good practice.
Anyone know where to find them locally?

I made the same mistake... replaced the head and left one exhuast lifter open a frag. Damn thing ran like a dog till I figured out. Amazing what you can do with compression!
I was researching the same thing today, Google "Bosch 2437010087" and see what you find. I found some nozzles as low as $8... reliability unknown.
Whoa, stop listening to me. I forgot, your looking for 200tdi nozzles. My bad.
Hi all,
Can anyone recommend what to do with a set of 300tdi injectors? replaced the head and would like to get them serviced while they are out.
What would a diesel shop like MTQ (adelaide) charge to service them? I have access to an ultrasonic bath at work, would this do anything (good/bad?)
Cheers,
Jeff
Ultra sonic cleaning is a good thing to do, you strip the injector and put it in. The only problem you will have us assembling the injector and getting the crack pressure right and spray pattern test.
I have worked in a diesel injection room before and bio diesel/ cooking oil seems to be bad for pump and injector internals.
I would never use a chinese or a copy injector nozzle in my car. Stick with Bosch/factory parts for the fuel system. Save your coin and buy right buy once.
from when I had them done on the 200 and the 300..the 300 was replaced with full set of injectors genuine for 300bux from the UK I gave the guys number out a few times on here in the past but I dont think I have it now. the 200 the injectors can be overhauled but best just to have the spray pattern check on them first.
the is a reason why 300 cant be I cant full remember whether it was what they were built out of or it simply wasn't economical due to the cost of new and the cost of overhaul..
I'm sure there was something with the injector and the way it is built that prevents a successful overhaul
