Instant notification for subscription are not instant!
For some reason in the last 48 hrs I do not receive notifications on my subscribed threads.
My settings are OK.

unless vbulletin itself is losing the plot which wouldnt be the first time
I am not an expert on networking but I just run netstat and have heaps of lines open in there and this for sure will slow down the line speed in my end.
