Is that minus 10 in the freezer?
Could it be that the door isn't sealing properly and is letting in warm air?
Just a thought.

I used to have a 3 way in my camper, was more trouble than it was worth really. That said, on the advice of Sclarke on here, who is a fridgee, I turned it upside down over night which got the gas moving in the coils. It changed the performance markedly.
PS, I'd advise removing it from the camper to do this, campers are notoriously hard to turn back upright:D
