Nice to see that the clean cars had a decent sheen on their paint, which reassures me that the paint on my 80" is about right :D

Without wanting to seem pedantic, the term "vintage" when used in referring to automobiles should only be used in reference to vehicles built before 1/1/31.
Yep did notice the excellent dress code. I belive we should reinstate a dress code for forum gatherings :) Would ad a little class to a gathering. Geat old films. Really not much has changed over the years.

Veteran cars are those made before 1/1/19. Then vintage cars before 1/1/31.
Some of the snob clubs (cheese cutter caps, tweed jackets with leather elbow patches, etc) have a classification of "Post-vintage Thoroughbred". This is not officially recognised by any of the clubs controlling bodies. Classic cars are those recognised and listed as such by the Classic Car Club of America and may be of any age. All others are just old cars. You may think of the others as desirable, collectible, historic, or interesting but that is all they are, just old cars.
