I'm cheap! I think I've thrown it out now. My wife wanted to buy me a new one today but I said $50 for something I'd hardly wear was a waste.

It was a freebie from work.
Really, how often does one wear a jacket? I admit that on Anzac Day, as it was cool and windy in Sydney, I did put on an old spray jacket I was given about 18-19 years ago when I worked for Telstra OTC Australia (it has that logo which was in use 1993-1994). I found it in the cupboard that day when I was looking for something else and I'd forgotten I had it.
I did think about buying a long sleeved shirt instead and using that as a jacket. I don't own any long sleeves shirts at the moment.
Its amazing how the memories return.
I dont think Ron even owned a pair of long trousers, living in or near the blue mountains, Ron used to come into work in the city, wearing only shorts and long socks, year in and year out.
You must be getting old to look for a jacket like you did on ANZAC day Ron.
Starting to feel the cold?
cheers
Brian
If you saw how I'm dressed at the moment, you wouldn't think so.
The jacket, Brian, was one of those I organised for the fishing industry when I was in submarine cable protection. You might remember the "Catch Fish, Not Cables" theme. Did you get one?

No, my short time in cables was in the early eighties.
The only goodies of the wearing type came from the sales area.
That OTC emblym below TELSTRA would be pretty rare I would imagine.
Gee Ron, I hope I recognise you in a couple of weeks
