You can have porridge. There are the instant varieties which come in single serve sachets and are cooked in the microwave. From start to eating is about two minutes.

Hi,
the old porridge takes some beating on a cold morning.
I make mine in the bowl using the microwave oven - saves the messy saucepan.
Mostly though it is a mixture of muesli and other nuts and bits available.
cheers
porridge.
if time in the morning is an issue, put your oats (enough for one meal) in a sealable tupperware container & pour in boiling water.
allow to cool slightly, then seal.
leave on the bench to pick up on the way to work - one minute in the microwave at work - add honey or sugar or fruit - whatever - to taste & viola! breakfast in a flash.
Mum tells me that as a baby, I'd put down 14 weetbix for brekky every morning. Doesn't know where they went, but I'd eat them all.
These days I dont bother, and just wait till lunch if I'm lucky, or go through to tea time and hope for something nice.
It's been 4 Vita-Brits with milk and sugar & a black coffee for breakfast for a good 35 years now :) can't hack Weet-Bix they go soggy to quick.
cheers
Soggy is good.
Hot milk, weetbix, big spoon of crunchy peanut paste, and a big spoon of honey.
Stir it all together into a thick slurry, and slurp it down.
A Dingos breakfast, a **** and a look around. :p:p:p
