I have poaches eggs on toast every morning. Put a small pot of water on when I wake up, by the time I shower and shave ect its good to go chuck the eggs and toast in at the same time and by the time the toast is done the eggs are ready to take out of the pot. Too easy
Cheers

For me it could be a sandwich of Labneh (Strained yoghurt) with olive oil, minth leaves
"Laban (yoghurt), labneh (strained yoghurt), and Lebanon all come from the Semitic root LBN 'white'. Yoghurt, strained or not, is an important element in Lebanese cuisine, eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner."
"In Lebanon, labneh is most commonly made of cows' milk, which is available all year; it is also made from goats' milk from April to September. It is either eaten alone or used as a filling for pita sandwiches. It can also be served as a light dish at dinner. The popular Lebanese garlic sauce is made of labneh and garlic. Labneh is used as a spread on pita bread or Lebanese Marqouq bread. Olive oil, vegetables, Lebanese mint, thyme, garlic or other spices are usually added to dishes and sandwiches. Labneh bil zayit (labneh in oil) is also very popular because the cheese can be kept for over a year. However, as it ages it turns slightly more sour. This is prepared by rolling the labneh into little balls the size of a nut and filling a jar with olive oil then filling it with the labneh balls."

or a Manakish, a pizza like dough topped with either cheese or " Zaatar" a mix of oregano and oil.

P.M me If you are interested, I will send you the recipe.
If I had time and the inclination I'd make porridge, with a banana or apple thrown in.
Alas, I do not, so I have toast (one with peanut butter and one with vegemite) and 2 pieces of fruit instead.
Thankfully....nay, mercifully, work are generous enough to provide breakfast for us. If they didn't, I would probably go without because I'm frightfully lazy.
One reasonable sized bowl
Three Weetbix
+layer of dried fruit medley
+layer of Milo cereal
+layer of All-Bran
fill bowl to rim with milk, allow to soak while showering.
Top up milk
sprinkle brown sugar on top
Eat, enjoy, and be regular
For a change, all the above plus slivered almonds. For special occasions, swap brown sugar for caramel ice cream topping.
Love my brekky!
Get up 1/2 an hour earlier and enjoy a good Aussie breakfast.
Just returned from an accommodated (DB&trip through the high country and most places served the works - one included sausage/s, egg/s, bacon, tomato, spagetti, mushrooms and toast. And that was after juice coffee, cereal, fruit and yogurt.
Needed to do a bit of walking on most days.![]()
