it's just the way wine maker tossers like to market their plonk.
The hit of summer cherry on a misty morning, with a slight fart of apple blossum, permiating from the bruised skin of kiwi fruit . The crisp after palate of honeydew inspired by deep rich soil of the region.

I remember an article published in NewScientist from many oons ago.
They took 10 accomplished wine tasters, 10 red wines and 10 white wines and asked each taster to write a discription of the flavour of each wine.
Of the wine descriptions there was no statististically significant correlation between any two writers agreeing to the flavours of a specific wine. The only significant link was is the winer red or white!

The words on a wine bottle are just a good way to fill in a label.
