terrible news mate, its a bloody horrible disease, my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer just before his 40th birthday, unfortunately he died from it 4.5 years later, this was in the mid to late 90's and treatments have advanced a lot since then. They say it is more aggressive in younger guys due to higher levels of testosterone. I get PSA tests every couple of years as a precaution (I'm 29 years old). I cannot stress highly enough for any blokes out there with even a hint of symptoms or anything that isn't quite right, go to your GP and get it checked out. You may be embarrassed but it is worth the effort!
