I find the usual culprit is something rotten in a rubbish bin somewhere, spread around by the AC.
No, the customers always say, its the AC,as they are the experts[biggrin]

Quite a few years ago, they rang on Christmas Day,from a place of paradise out Wacol way.
A domestic fridge was leaking water onto the floor.FFS.
He was also told politely to F off[biggrin]
These days, the phones are turned off on that day[biggrin]
