Fridgies here work inside them routinely & I used to, but never had any serious concerns about safety. What a load of old ballcocks!
If it had been a commissioner of any sort doing a routine inspection, he/she would have been accompanied by all sorts of other ranks (read, Hangers Onners) & if he/she had died there would be a resounding outcry from SAPOL (read... bigger than this) & action taken or maybe not, if they had ****ed up.
