He was here 'til I loaded the roof cavity with moth balls.

Once found a possum on top of a generator I was servicing. Only found him once I started the machine and stuck my head in the canopy - he was stuck above the radiator absolutely terrified poor bugger. I shut the machine down and opened all the doors - he took off pretty quick into the trees. Guessing he never went back in there to keep warm after that fright. 😁
We find the remains in exhaust ductwork after they have a go at getting through the roof mounted fan.Axial fans usually have no blades left after the incident.
The call is usually 'there is a horrible smell, and the fan doesn't seem to be working'
Oh,and not long ago a customer found pigeon feet and legs in their commercial dishwasher.Seems it somehow got through a large backward curved centrifugal exhaust fan, used for dishwater steam exhaust, and fell down into the machine.[bigsad]
The Main Earth wire appears to be a tad on the small size apart from the whole wiring layout looking like a dogs breakfast. Spades on Earth wires not a good choice.
Blue points on the TNS/TSC?
IMHO[smilebigeye]
Looks like it’s wired in 2.5mm TPS so earth size is fine. Not sure what else is looped out of this with the bluepoints though, that could be an issue. Spade terminals on earths are pretty common inside equipment and is quite legal for an assembly such as this. You’ll find similar in your dryer, washing machine and dish washer. And yes a dogs breakfast but again all too common these days I find.
Dogs breakfast is correct, you should see the rest of the job.[bigsad][bigsad]
Single screw BP on earth good call,i think all cable is 2.5mm.
The real issue is the brown, blue and white wires towards bottom of pic go to the factory fitted pressure switch on the unit.
Not wired in[bigsad]
So being a pump down, its pumping down, but nothing is stopping the compresser. It runs continually.[bigsad]
Well commissioned.:bat:
That was a tad unfair Paul, 'cos you didn't show us where the other end of those cables went.
Maybe the installing Muckanic didn't either? LPC? Don't they just wait for the internal OL to trip?[bigsad]
Yeah, me too 58i, I was just waiting to see if Paul had really picked it up.:Thump::Rolling: I just hope it didn't have a low side leak is all.[bigsad]
Also no/not enough Blu-tack/chewing gum used to secure cables.
