    as much as i like ricky.......i don't think he should be playing in the third test. i was really hoping he would at least get some starts to support the younger fella's

    Yeah he's pretty 50/50 on performance lately.

    Some cheap wickets from the look of the scorecard, however it's hard to complain about a run rate of 5.5 in a test match! Keeps it exciting and keeps the likelyhood of a result right up there. Nothing worse than a run rate of 2.5 an over... As much as I love test matches, run rates below 3 or 4 are horribly boring.

    i think ponting should go, yes he does have that match saving innings ability but his performance lately is pretty sad, but i do not know who they would replace him with.
    Yes weather permitting there should be a result.
    look at the first test australia got 115 more runs and did it in 12 less overs then the SAs.
    I personally think they should restrict test matches too 120 overs to get away from the draws

    the amount of 4s and 6s today(mainly after lunch) is awesome i think when clarke got his 50 he had it 11 4s
