YAY it is Cricket time again

I love watching and playing cricket and this year i can't play cricket so i am extra keen to watch.
Woke up this morning put the TV on and first test, ah it is going to be a good summer.
I must admit i am surprised they brought a spinner in to the attack so early, but sometimes those kind of things work.
    Who else is watching?

I can't tell you how disappointed I am today.

My work IT geniuses have decided that streaming the ABC Grandstand commentary all day is not within the "Appropriate Use of Technology" policy.

My Summer of listening to Kerry O'Keefe wheezing away while I work has been crushed.

ABC don't do the streaming commentary via mobile because Cricket Australia have got their knickers in a knot over it.

I was just thinking only an hour ago how happy I am that cricket is back. I haven't had a good look at the line up for either side so I'm feeling a bit out of the loop at the moment but I'll get there... I usually just have cricinfo web page open.

No doubt there will be a few days of working from home this summer that by complete coincidence will be while a test is on.

    Crickets

Yea I heard one in my back yard last night (don't think it was streaming though - never seen a cricket have a pee)!

Oops, your talking about the professional entertainers aren't you? Do they ever stop having a cricket entertainment season, it just moves from locally to internationally.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

Maybe this is the confusion when people say cricket is boring. They've been watching crickets!

Does it use a lot of data when you stream via mobile? I worry about going over my limit when I do that.....no idea how much data it actually uses.

    Boring

Has to be the most boring game around.

And whats worse, Cricket tragics seem to think everyone is interested.

I've left work early so I can get home to see an hour of cricket. Call me a tragic if you must. I love it.
