Slug should know Thursday morning if freight has arrived yet but i'm guessing Friday will be the pickup day unless they travel overnight from Radelaide.

Friday probably better for me; got to work out how I can escape work in Burwood and get prawns back to Blackburn without meltdown.

Previous experience is that the truck comes overnight into Melb. So the consignment should be there on the 13th some time before lunch. On one occasion the load was left on the truck and went back to Adelaide and took 24 hrs longer to get the delivery and it meant two trips for everyone.

I am going to call it Fri 14th PM. 3:30 pm at the cold store 41 McDonald Road, Brooklyn VIC 3012. I will phone the cold store on Thu to make sure the consignment is there. If anything changes I will write up another entry or PM or SMS depending on what details I have to get in touch with you. I will provide my mobile number when I get yours.

For those worried about your part of the consignment defrosting on the way home, get yourself a couple of newspapers to wrap the boxes in, a blanket to through around that and you should be ok for a couple of hours.

Any chance we can make it like 2.30 or earlier, i need to get some back to the office to give to people that leave at 4pm.

Seafood lovers,

Subzero had not received the consignment of seafood from Darwin at approx midday today, however by late afternoon I called again and they had received it. Therefore the pickup can go ahead tomorrow. They close at 3pm tomorrow so we will have to bring the pick up meeting forward by 45 min to 14:45 or 2:45pm in normal speak.

New Pick Up time is 2.45 pm Fri 14 Dec 12.

I will SMS all pers that provided me a number.
