Early to Mid November would be good as it is not as hard to get a free weekend before the Christmas chaos. A lot of people head away over cup week so maybe a bit after that. Or we could make a cup weekend out of it.

Sounds like a plan.:). You can lock in 3 for us. My Son had a great time last year, and we have convinced SWMBO to come along this time.:)
Any weekend in November suits us, I'll leave others to pick the dates.

No worries, I'll check with the Museum for ideal times. I'll run it again but this year I'd like some help to organise some parts for me. Like camping, a santa and kids prezzies. Also as my family and I are moving to Darwin next year this will be the last one for a while so we'll try make it a biggy. Put the word out.
