    Being a skipper of yachts for the rich, do you know this luxury yacht which is based in Cairns, it is owned by a local (Newcastle) millionare property developer, Jeff McCloy.

    It was in Sydney about three years ago and I spent a night on it. VERY IMPRESSIVE!! Had a beer or three in the bar with Jeff's wife and the yacht's skipper!!
