mine use to open and flash etc. it has the options of open or cancel and if you click open it will open the message in a new window well that is what mine use to do but now i click open and the flash window disappears and when i go to my inbox it is marked as read even though I have not read it.

Mine works properly, as it has for over six years.
The ads and "Google can't rah rah" blocking the posts are a right, royal pain though.

as others recommended to me just use an add blocker mine works great.

I don't have any objection to ads, the bills have to be paid somehow; but when the ads are superimposed over the post it defeats the purpose as I go to another page/thread.

I dont mind the ads in fact a lot of them I clicked on but the reason i used the add blocker was because of those double posts, I think I started a thread about it.
