Just a hint, buy green, not frozen, cook short time. As a matter of fact , some of the best tasting prawns I have tasted have been raw, try it. Bigger prawns are not tougher, just tough prawns are cooked wrong. Bob

Bob,
We get looked after by a great local bloke, Al Who comes in to port and sells off the back of the boat regularly enough to keep us happy.
I still prefer endeavs over tigers and 10 20s are sweet and juicy.
Not sure what you mean buy green not frozen. ? ? The only prawns that are not snap frozen on a trawler that i know are those that come out of the cooker and sold in port next morning.

One of my workmates grabed a box on Endeavours for his oldies,he normaly buys some of them BIG tigers you sent down in the past,he did comment the box he got were pretty good on size and should have got a box for himself:):):):):)
With your new mob is it possible to send other fish products down??????
You have a HUGE market if you can send REAL Barra fillets down;);););););)
I would by boxes of squid like you sent me just for bait, the Californian Squid BCF sell is utter rubbish,it melts on the hooks.
Thanks for the Prawns, having some for Din Dins tonite;););););)

Gday Andrew,
The company sells plenty of different products, but the biggest problem is the cost's of getting it to you guys in WA.
Then there is the volume needed to make the cost's low enough to make price competitive to that of the imported product's and this is where the problem lies.
Once the barra season start's in Feb, and we start getting some fish thru, I will see if there is any interest.
Cheers Ean
MATE,I would buy a heap of Barra if its anything like the last lot I got from you.We had vietnamese Barra last nite:mad::mad::mad::mad: The cats ate most of it.I dont normally buy that crap, its all that was avialable at the local general store.
Price isnt the issue I think you will find;);););)
